Horacio Genolet is an influential leader with 30+ years in the industry. Since 2017, he has served as CEO of Ogilvy Latin America, leading one of the world’s most iconic creative networks. Under his leadership, Ogilvy Latina delivers business-driven creative solutions, integrating advertising, PR, social & influence, customer engagement, consulting, and health. His management was recognized in 2022 when Ogilvy Latina was named Network of the Year at Cannes Lions, Effie Latam, and Crema Awards.
Four years ago, Horacio also became CEO of TCCC WPP Open X Latam Operating Unit, overseeing the new global model created exclusively for The Coca-Cola Company. Since its launch, Open X has reshaped Coca-Cola’s marketing across 200+ brands in 195 countries. In 2024, Coca-Cola was named Brand of the Year at Cannes Lions.
